DTect-IT

DTect-IT is a powerful solution for monitoring the health of your CNC machine.  Using high precision sensors for vibration, strain, power, and analog (Can connect to any sensor with a 0 to ± 10 VDC analog signal), the user can monitor machining conditions using the advanced software analysis options.

The DTect-IT sensor and software suite (monitoring system) supports countless applications with its numerous sensor options and analysis combinations.

  • Operates on any Windows PC with an available USB Port
  • Runs standalone or easily integrates with the CNC control
  • Multiple analysis can run simultaneously from a single sensor
  • Graphing and monitoring can be initialized from the user interface or the CNC control
  • Vibration and strain sensors also detect temperature which can be monitored using set limits
